missingWrote a review on Dec 15attractive locationmade bedsunclean room
The location offers easy access to nearby attractions, allowing for some downtime between adventures. The beds, although questionable in cleanliness, were at least made up, which is a slight step up from total chaos.
The Double Queen Room was riddled with issues. the first strike was the odorous scent of smoke and alcohol lingering throughout. I noticed footprints on the sheets, a clear indicator of lack of thorough cleaning. The floors had trash scattered about, and I even had the unpleasant surprise of a bug in the shower—which is less than ideal. This place is definitely not suitable for families or anyone not accustomed to such environments.

I had a mixed stay here. The comfy pillows in my King Room made a difference after a long drive. The flat-screen TV provided some entertainment to unwind at night. I appreciated the decent air conditioning that kept my room cool. However, the bathroom could use serious attention. There were roaches, and the shower had low water pressure. The door didn’t lock properly, and I felt uneasy about my safety. I had to put something heavy in front of the door to feel secure. Staff was friendly, but they didn’t seem to care about issues like my trouble with the door. Breakfast options were limited as well, and even the coffee wasn’t available. It's a budget place, but I expected better cleanliness and security. Overall, I'd recommend checking other nearby motels first.

The local diners were a treasure trove of flavors! The breakfast joints around served up delicious chilaquiles and fresh fruit that was outta this world. Plus, the pillows in my Double Queen Room were surprisingly comfy, perfect after a long day of exploring. The location's hustle added a certain charm too!
But man, that place was noisier than a Friday night BBQ gone wrong. Even the room's key gave me attitude, malfunctioning daily! And that checkout knock at ten? Talk about rude!

Had a great time with my friends! We loved visiting Roeding Park during the day and checking out the local cultural events in the evening. The pillows were comfy, and it was nice having a flat-screen TV to unwind. Just a heads up for future guests, the location can get a bit noisy at night, but we found it manageable.
Unfortunately, my room door didn’t lock properly, which was a bit concerning for safety. The staff did upgrade me shortly after I reported it, but the new room wasn’t much better.

Had a wild night in a room with a bed that's better than the floor. The pool was a nice surprise, though—my daughter absolutely loved it!
But honestly, that plastic on the bed made me feel like I was in a low-budget horror film! I'm half convinced the roaches were trying to set up their own check-in desk.

The best part was the comfy pillows! 😌 The location was convenient, but the room wasn't clean, and there were loud noises at night. Overall, not great for a long stay.

However, the experience fell short in several critical areas.

The city view from my room was quite lovely, offering a nice backdrop to my stay. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist with inquiries, which made me feel more at ease during my visit.
The overall safety of the establishment left me feeling uneasy.

Comfortable pillows and a decent location
I had a decent stay overall, enjoying the comfy pillows in my Double Queen Room and the flat-screen TV that helped me unwind after a long day. However, the noise from outside and the occasional malfunctioning door lock were concerning. The location was convenient for exploring, but improvements in soundproofing would enhance the experience.
